Mikael Denhardt joins CM Aqua in March and has a strong technical background and is educated BSc in Engineering.
From 2002 to 2014 Mikael was working for LEGO in multiple senior management positions responsible for different areas as novelty product development, manufacturing, lean-implementation in several countries and procurement (then based in Singapore for 3 years).
Mikael joined Danfoss Cooling in 2014 as Project Director (product development globally eg valves in air-conditioning) and then Senior Director Business Development (eg Sensors incl digitalization, IoT and connectivity) until February 2021.
In March 2021 Mikael joined AKVA Group Landbased as Head of Projects, responsible for the execution of AKVA Groups global engineering and building activities. During this period he has developed insights in aquaculture.
Kurt Carlsen will remain with CM Aqua at full speed, going forward with full focus on sales and technical improvements.
