With over 30 years of experience in production and using high precision CNC machines, we’ve created a drum filter perfectly suited for corrosive settings. It gently removes particles from the water to keep fish tanks clean and healthy. The filter is made from high-tech polymers, so it won’t corrode or rust or require lubrication, even in high-salinity conditions. The HEX X24-series combines the HEX concept with a direct-driven gear wheel (DDGW) system that ensures stable, low-maintenance operation 24/7.     A construction made of high-tech polymers ensures corrosion-free equipment with high longevity while maintaining the well-known HEX quality. Very low in maintenance, this is the first Drum filter that does not require any lubrication.

    • Types: C-Version (channel installed type), H-Version (half-tank type), T-version (tank type).
    • Material: Cover, frame and tank made of black UV-resistant PE. Drum and DDGW drive made of high-tech polymers.
    • Modular sizing: Five different drum diameter sizes and modular length design fits a wide range of flow requirements.
    • Flow Rate: Handles 10 m³/h to 5.000+ m³/h depending on filter type, size & length, TSS level, salinity, and mesh size of the Filter cloth.
    • Filter media: Woven synthetic mesh (10-500 microns).

    Hex Drum Filter X24-series C-version

    The C-Version is a Drum filter with the drum mounted in an open frame to fit into a channel installation.

    H-Version

    Hex Drum Filter X24-series H-version

    The H-Version is a Drum filter with flexible mounting. The inlet can be made as open channel or pipe inlet, with a level half tank protecting the filter against excessive differential pressure.

    T-Version

    Hex Drum Filter X24-series T-version

    The T-Version has the drum mounted in a Tank with connections for fast and easy installation. The tank can have an internal bypass as required and are built according to the water flow.
