HEX Drum filter F-series’ robust and innovative design performs efficiently with minimal energy and water usage, thanks to our intelligent control system, HEX IC.
- Types: C-Version (channel installed type), H-Version (half-tank type).
- Material: Cover made of black UV-resistant PE-100. Drum and frame made of AISI316 stainless steel for high corrosion resistance in saltwater or AISI304 for cost efficiency in freshwater.
- Modular sizing: Three different drum diameter sizes and modular length design fits a wide range of flow requirements.
- Flow Rate: Handles 120 m³/h to 10.000 m³/h depending on filter size and length, TSS level, salinity and mesh size of the filter cloth.
- Filter media: Woven stainless (60-1.000 micron) or synthetic mesh (10-500 microns).
- Drive system: Direct driven gear wheels (DDGW).
- Backwashing: Ceramic nozzles, no moving parts.
C-Version
The C-Version is a Drum filter with the drum mounted in an open frame to fit into a channel installation
H-Version
The H-Version is a Drum filter with flexible mounting. The inlet can be made as open channel or pipe inlet. The outlet is open, but with a level tank protecting the filter
