White Panther GmbH, a pioneer in land-based vannamei and stylirostris shrimp production, operates an advanced Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) in the picturesque region of Steiermark, Austria. Dedicated to sustainable and efficient aquaculture, White Panther GmbH has consistently sought out cutting-edge technology to enhance their operations. Their commitment to excellence led them to partner with us for their filtration needs.

In their quest for superior filtration solutions, White Panther GmbH invested in 12 HEX Drum filters model X2-3T and 3 Ratz Protein Skimmers model 1400HI. These units were seamlessly integrated into their RAS, significantly boosting the efficiency and reliability of their filtration processes. Recognizing the exceptional performance of our equipment, White Panther GmbH recently added an additional HEX Drum filter model X2-1T for their hatchery.

White Panther GmbH has expressed immense satisfaction with our filtration equipment. The HEX Drum filters and Ratz Protein Skimmers have proven to be ideal for their warm water shrimp RAS, which operates under conditions of high temperatures and salinity. Our equipment’s corrosion-free capabilities and robust design ensure longevity and consistent performance, even in the challenging environment of shrimp aquaculture.

Norway, Searas & Leirvik

OptiRAS is a closed movable RAS-concept developed by Searas AS and built by Leirvik AS. Bremnes Seashore is the end costumer.

This first Ø20 meter prototype was designed for salmon growing from 130 to 750 gram. The unique concept only use 2 kWh/kg of produced fish. CM Aqua has successful delivered HEX model X, our full-blooded saltwater drum filter.

The gentle handling of particles and water quality management are now supporting OptiRAS in maintaining optimal conditions for fish farming. This concept has garnered great interest both in Norway and internationally, and an even larger version is already being planned that can provide the end customer with energy-saving and healthy fish.
